9 Months Old

Hey I heard you were a wild one!
Yes he is!
This little guy is everywhere. Knocking over plants, digging the dirt out of them, spilling the dog's water, breaking candles, taking all the blankets off the shelves, and just making all sorts of messes. We sure do love him though.
He is dancing like crazy and loves it. He walks all along the furniture and even the walls now. Oli might just be my baby that walks before he is one. The other night we were watching a movie downstairs. On the way up I had too many things in my hands so I couldn't carry him up. No problem there, little man crawled up the stairs and into the kitchen all by himself.
He loves to swim whether its in the bath tub or in a pool he loves being in the water.
He loves his daddy. Its amazing how quickly he became a daddy's boy. He reaches to daddy whenever he sees him, and lights up too. Thats another new thing...reaching to who he wants. At our family reunion Grandma Nikki wanted to hold him, but Oli wasn't having it. He just clung to Grandpa Danny and wouldn't look at Nikki. Which also brings the hesitation towards new people. He doesn't usually cry, but he thinks twice about letting people hold him. Plus he wants to be held all the time. He crawls up your legs and cries until you pick him up. He'll also cry when I leave the room. Luckily he doesn't cry when I drop him off places!
Tooth number 3 has finally made it through. Its the top right one, and just a sliver of it out. Hopefully this will calm him down for at least a week! We got a new hearing coach, thats what I'll call her. She is deaf, but has a cochlear implant which is quite interesting. So she can only hear out of one ear like Oli. I absolutely love her voice, and Oli love her. When she came last time I almost dropped him because he dove for her. He is doing well in that department. He is responding to the words we say and understanding them. Like when I say dancing, he starts dancing. Or patty cake too. We just need him to babble a little more with different sounds. Its quite fun having this lady come visit and play with him. I have to schedule an audiology appointment soon, cause its time for another hearing test.
Oli is a happy happy baby, sure makes up for the first few months of crying!
Love you bugga boo!
