Dear twenties,
You have been a great decade for me!
Started out working at Kennecott, my first stable job! That place helped me grow up. I met some of my longest lasting friends, and where I met my wonderful husband. I learned to not take crap from people, and to be quite responsible!
Got my associates degree and moved up to the U, and a new job with cows! Became part of a team that is still working on a great device that will help many people someday!
Got married to an amazing man! (Best move ever!)
Had two fantastic kids! (Better move!)
Two houses, one dog, bunch of fish! Numerous cars, out of debt, then back in!
Great job at the hospital, although still not my dream job! But we're slowly getting there!
I'm grateful for all the ups and downs of my twenties and what I learned. I'm grateful for the friends that I will take with me to my thirties, forties, fifties, sixties, seventies, eighties, and hopefully nineties! I'm gratefull for my wonderful family, love them all more than words can say!
So many memories over a whole decade, but in summary...my twenties will be remembered for "growing up," becoming a wife and a mommy, and setting a great foundation for some great years to come!
So farwell twenties, you'll always be loved, but its time to say goodbye and move onto an exciting future. Thank you for being so good to me!
